PERFORM A PREVENTION RISK PLAN FOR A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY:
- Analyze and diagnose what and where the risks are (10 at least)
- Determine the measurements you need to implement to reduce the risks
- Make a plan for implementing measures
- Explain wich kind of information and training you have to hand over to your employees depending on their workforce position.
- Explain how will you monitorize and evaluate the plan
- Explain which kind of physical checks and psychological tests will you do in oder to know your employees are apt to work
