SETTING THE CULTURE AND THE POLICIES OF HHRR OR YOUR COMPANY:

It is impossible to define your HHRR plan if you don’t know your company's culture.

To create a culture is necessary to set your values, and create a goal.

A.-

  1. Write 3 or 7 of your own most personal values with which you guide your actions.
  2. Set a professional goal. I should be something that you would love to do.
  3. Set an economic goal.
  4. Set a term to achieve.
  5. Set yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily sub-goals.

B.-

Once the goal is known, then you will define the path. Once you define the path, then you will determine the surroundings.

So, now that you have set the goal, define how you will create an HHRR recruiting policy that would allow you to allineate all your human structure into the path of your goal (who will you hire, when are you going to hire them, for what functions are you going to hire, which kind of promotion will you integrate, which kind of contract will you perform).

Do it in a realistic way by knowing your actual economic possibilities.
