Conesa Asociados Law Firm organised, together with Tesis, the seminar-workshop 'Dismissal and Employment Sanctions in the Cleaning Sector' on 17–18 March in Barcelona and 14–15 April in Madrid.
The aim of the seminar was to provide attendees with practical guidelines and tools to secure a favourable ruling in dismissal cases in accordance with misconduct committed by employees.
Josep Conesa Sagrera, employment lawyer at the firm, offered advice on how to prepare for a hearing and how to gather the evidence needed to defend disciplinary sanctions or dismissals.
The second day focused on a practical workshop in which attendees were required to prepare dismissal and disciplinary sanction cases themselves, assisted by legal counsel and in the presence of the Honourable Mr Jacobo Quintans, Judge of the High Court of Justice of Catalonia.
