Tax collaboration with FRANCE - PARIS:
Collaboration with our partner law firm of Aliant in France, Arst, who has recommended us for a French company to hire a worker in Spain, preparing the contract and the payroll of the worker, in Spain.
It is becoming more and more common for foreign companies to take advantage of the possibility of hiring and making payrolls cheaply without a corporate structure in Spain.

This month we are also requesting annual accounts of French companies in view of the possible claim of some loans.

We continue to collaborate with our Aliant tax specialist Leticia Balcazar for clients who reside in Spain, but need to regularize their tax situation in Spain or in the USA.

Our partner in Budapest, Hungary, requires us to assist in a purchase and sale of a property in Spain, a limited company incorporation, residence and work permits in Spain, and a warranty claim in a purchase and sale of machinery. Our team of civil and immigration lawyers is put in place to provide legal assistance in matters as varied as the purchase and sale of private real estate, immigration and civil and commercial procedural claims.
