Mr José Conesa Ballestero and Mr Josep Conesa Sagrera, employment lawyers and partners at Conesa Legal, delivered a series of guest lectures on the IL3 MBA programme and the IL3 Master's in HR Management Techniques at the University of Barcelona during May.
The modules they taught covered key employment law topics, including staff recruitment and contracting, HR management, disciplinary procedures and dismissal, workforce restructuring, and strategies for mitigating its impact.
