ius familia – Training Day

On 15 May, solicitor María Serra Muñoz delivered a training session for mediators at the Barcelona College of Social Educators, focusing on the main changes introduced by Book II of the Catalan Civil Code, in particular, shared custody arrangements, parenting plans, and the involvement of minors in family proceedings. The session examined the practical application of the legislation two years on from its enactment.
María Serra Muñoz is a member of the Family and Matrimonial Law Committee of the Barcelona Bar Association, as well as a member of the Spanish Association of Family Lawyers (AEAFA) and Dones Juristes.
