Our Managing shareholder, Jordi Conesa, delivered the official introduction to the course "Siltra Application: Direct Settlement System — Practical Application, Common Errors and Solutions", held on 14 and 16 June at the Barcelona College of Economists.
During the presentation, attendees had the opportunity to learn, alongside Jesús Lajarín García, Head of Section for the RED System at the Barcelona Provincial Directorate of Social Security, about the advantages offered by the new application, the supplementary settlements accepted by the system, and the solutions to the most common errors.
This training programme, delivered through the employment law division of the Barcelona College of Economists, provided an overview of the new Direct Settlement System (SLD), covering aspects such as submission, confirmation, correction and cancellation of settlements. The course content also addressed topics including the data required for contributions to the General Social Security Scheme in the case of standard settlements (L00), varying according to each employee's circumstances and across the different categories: full-time, part-time, maternity/paternity leave, and others.
Finally, participants in the course introduced by Jordi Conesa were informed about supplementary settlements, error resolution in the settlement process, the Siltra application (including the ability to submit and track settlements), and the various online services that the new application makes available to employment professionals.
