On 15 December, José Conesa Ballestero, employment lawyer and Graduado Social (Spanish-qualified employment law practitioner), attended the meeting of the Observatori Català de Justícia (Catalan Justice Observatory) in his capacity as Vice-President of the Official Association of Graduados Sociales of Barcelona.
