The article, Labour Reform 2012. Overview of the Main Changes, reviews the amendments introduced into Spanish employment and social law in February of that year, and has been published thanks to the collaboration of Dr Alberto Rimoldi, whose firm — a member of the ELEN Legal Network — is based in Buenos Aires.
