Collaboration with Aliant Germany

A Spanish client needed to hire an employee in Germany without establishing a permanent establishment or operational entity there, within the EU, the Spanish company already has its own legal personality. The same applies in reverse: a foreign company wishing to hire someone in Spain without setting up a corporate structure can rely on our firm to handle payroll and tax filings, with no need for a branch or permanent establishment in Spain.

Collaboration with Norway on a Real Estate Transaction and its Tax Implications

We were approached from Norway regarding a property purchase and sale matter in which the absence of registration with the Land Registry gave rise to potential tax exposure in the event of a future sale. Our task was to carry out a fiscal risk assessment.

Collaboration with Hungary on a Spanish Residency Matter

Our partner firm Aliant Hungary referred to us a matter concerning the residency in Spain of Hungarian nationals, together with a related tax study on their obligations to pay taxes in Spain.

Collaboration with Switzerland on a Family Law Dispute

This quarter we handled a court case involving domestic violence, referred to us from Switzerland. We were able to analyse the matter and recommend the appropriate criminal defence lawyers best placed to represent our clients' interests.

Commercial Collaboration with the USA:

This quarter we handled a US tariff claim declared inadmissible by the US jurisdiction, working in collaboration with our partner law firm in the USA.

TAX COLLABORATION WITH THE USA:

We continue to work alongside our Aliant tax specialist in the USA on matters involving clients based in Spain who need to regularise their tax position in Spain or in the USA.

Collaboration with Aliant France:

Our clients in Spain often have legal needs in other countries. In this instance, a client needed to hire a employee in Toulouse without establishing a permanent presence there, while having the individual work and contribute to social security in France. Our Aliant partners provided us with the relevant guidance on this matter.
